Zaid has extensive experience advising clients across Australia, India, Lower Gulf (Dubai & Oman) and Africa, and is zealous about sharing his knowledge and skills with William Buck clients to add value and support them on their growth journey.
Zaid uses his technical accounting knowledge to develop and implement practical advice on complex accounting, financial and regulatory challenges. He specialises in accounting for complex business transactions, including providing technical accounting advice, year-end accounting and audit support, compilation of financial statements, structuring of transactions, implementation of new accounting standards and interpretations as well as supporting organisations with their M&A activities.
Zaid’s diverse background, broad experience and knowledge across Corporates, Government and Not-for-Profits, provides him with the ability to understand business issues thereby, allowing him to advise clients on ways to improve their businesses.
He believes that a team approach to work is important, because it creates transparency and builds relationships based on honesty, integrity and trust.
Outside of the office Zaid enjoys playing soccer, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
