Anthony (Tony) Castley, Director Business Recovery Services at William Buck, has been appointed as the Receiver and Manager to the Property of Goldsky and Kenneth Grace.
On 29th October 2018, a court order was obtained by the Australian Securities and Investment Committee (ASIC), whereby the Queensland Supreme Court appointed Tony Castley, Director of William Buck Business Recovery Services as the Receiver and Manager to the Property of the following Respondents, under section 1323(1)(h):
- Goldsky Global Access Fund Pty. Ltd.
- Kenneth Charles Grace
- Goldsky Asset Manaement Australia Pty. Ltd.
- Goldsky Investment Pty. Ltd.
As outlined in the order, and consistent with the Corporations Act, Tony Castley will be responsible to collect, identify and secure the assets of Goldsky Global Access Fund Pty Ltd, Kenneth Charles Grace and associated entities for the benefit of investors and creditors.
Tony Castley is to provide a report to the court by 26 November 2018, with court resuming on 10 December, 2018.
As the matter is currently the subject of legal proceedings and ASIC’s investigations are currently ongoing, we are unable to comment publicly about the investigation underway.
