Cancellation Policy
Engagements are performed in line with our standard terms and conditions of business, a copy of which is attached to our annual engagement letters and can also be requested from your accountant contact within William Buck (NZ) Ltd. Should you wish to cancel your contract for services with William Buck (NZ) Ltd, this should be raised with your accountant prior to the work commencing.
Refund and Chargeback Policy
Engagements are performed in line with our standard terms and conditions of business, a copy of which is attached to our annual engagement letters and can also be requested from your accountant contact within William Buck (NZ) Ltd. Should you have any complaints over the work performed or the fee charged, please contact your accountant within William Buck (NZ) Ltd to discuss this, prior to making payment to us. Should you make an overpayment to us in error, we will commit to refunding the overpaid amount within five working days, or alternatively this can be carried forward as a credit on your account.
