Joseph commenced his professional career in public practice in 1994 when he established his own successful boutique practice BR Wellington which joined William Buck in 2021. With over 27 years’ experience advising medium size businesses and high net worth individuals, Joseph knows that understanding his clients’ personal and technical needs are imperative to developing their long-term growth and prosperity.
Known as the ‘entrepreneurial accountant’ Joseph imparts the knowledge and experience gained from building his own business to his clients. He works with clients across all aspects of their growth journey to ensure they have the structuring advice, business strategy and a support team in place to reach their goals. Joseph’s clients value the depth of relationship he extends to them, creating fulfilling working relationships and better business outcomes.
Joseph is actively involved in the community; he is a founding member of the “Give Me 5” fundraising organisation for Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital and founded the BR Wellington Accounting Scholarship at Swinburne University.
