As General Manager, Kim’s works with the firm’s senior leaders in developing and implementing the strategic direction for the New Zealand offices. Her role also encompasses enabling our people to do their best work with passionate leadership, effective strategy and efficient operations.
With her background in Human Resource roles in various industries, Kim strongly believes in providing people with enjoyment and purpose in their job and making sure they have the tools to do a great job and amplify their performance.
