Leading mid-tier accounting and advisory firm William Buck today announces the appointment of Vivek Miranda to its Melbourne office as Director, Corporate Advisory.
Vivek will enhance William Buck’s capability to deliver corporate transactions, bringing more than 15 years’ experience advising on private treaty and public market acquisitions and divestments, equity raisings, IPOs, debt structuring and arranging, and investor relations, to Melbourne’s strong Corporate Advisory team.
His former clients comprise startups, early-growth, SMEs and ASX300 companies that operate in healthcare, technology, natural resources, industrials and consumer.
Vivek has built his career working in the corporate finance advisory divisions of global investment banks in Australia, North America and Hong Kong, and is a qualified lawyer.
In his new role, Vivek will support William Buck’s mid-market clients by providing his extensive knowledge of the key strategic, commercial, regulatory, financing and governance issues faced by business in progressing their growth objectives.
