“The best advice comes from understanding the industry you’re advising. Because I work exclusively in property and construction, I can provide practical advice that makes sense in the real world, not just on paper.”
Dan Mills
Partner, Business Advisory
With more than 18 years of experience advising businesses and investors in the property and construction sector, Dan helps clients navigate growth, manage risk and create long-term value.
Dan works exclusively with developers, builders, construction businesses, investors and family groups with significant property interests. His deep understanding of the industry’s commercial realities allows him to provide advice that is practical, commercially focused and tailored to each client’s circumstances.
His expertise spans all aspects of tax, structuring and business advisory, with particular experience in commercial and civil construction, residential and commercial property development, family investment groups, property syndicates, REITs, managed investment trusts and land subdivision projects.
More than a technical adviser, Dan acts as a trusted sounding board for his clients. He works closely with business owners and investors on growth strategies, tax planning, succession planning, operational improvement, accounting systems and organisational reviews.
Clients value Dan’s ability to simplify complex issues, identify opportunities and provide commercially grounded advice that aligns with their broader business and investment objectives. His focus is on building long-term relationships and delivering outcomes that support sustainable growth and lasting success.
