Jade specialises in cybersecurity audit and assurance as well as organisational resilience. She brings over 10 years of experience across the public sector, including recent leadership roles at the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) and the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO). Jade supports public and private sector organisations to uplift their overall cyber posture by strengthening cyber governance, assessing control effectiveness and delivering practical, risk-based assurance in complex technology environments.

Through her roles at ASD and the ANAO, Jade has developed deep expertise across Australia’s cybersecurity and protective security landscape. At ASD, she was the Infosec Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) Administrator and operated at the centre of national cybersecurity guidelines and guidance under Project REDSPICE. At the ANAO, Jade led and delivered a complex performance audit on the management of cybersecurity incidents.

A cornerstone of Jade’s career to date was overseeing the development, implementation and national rollout of ASD’s Essential Eight Assessment Course in collaboration with TAFEcyber from August 2023. This course was included in Shield 5 of the 2023–2030 Australian Cyber Security Strategy.
