His expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and strategic planning compliments our service offerings and supports our clients’ growth ambitions.
Navigating the complexities of the financial landscape, Mazlee drives successful outcomes for our clients. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, private equity investing, accounting and compliance auditing, Mazlee has served as a professional director, public officer, company secretary and senior advisor to private and public companies in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. He also has extensive experience in real estate investment structures and private equity investment programmes in Australia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Southeast Asia.
Mazlee is actively engaged across a range of industries, including professional and financial services, property and construction, technology and renewable energy. He has also held leadership roles in numerous not-for-profit organisations, serving as both President and Board Member. Currently, he is the Founding Director of the Western Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a Council Member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce (WA), the Past President of the Association of Malaysians in Western Australia and the Treasurer of the Australian Malaysian Business Council
An avid cyclist, Mazlee is dedicated to making a positive impact and actively supports the MSWA Ocean Rides to support people living with neurological conditions and MACA Cancer 200 to raise critical funds for cancer research.
