Based in Melbourne, Ross brings over two decades of experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients across healthcare and biotechnology, SaaS technology, retail, manufacturing, mining and exploration, private equity and sustainability reporting.
Ross’s career includes extensive experience at a Big Four firm in both Melbourne and London, where he supported multinational listed groups (ASX and FTSE) as well as high-growth businesses across the public and private sectors. He currently plays a key role in William Buck’s sustainability implementation group, helping shape and deliver the firm’s ESG strategy and service offerings in response to evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.
With a strong foundation in financial reporting and assurance, Ross has deep expertise in Australian Accounting Standards and climate-related reporting obligations. He brings significant experience in evaluating control environments and governance frameworks across both established organisations and scaling businesses. In addition to audit, Ross has advised on complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, IPOs and works closely with finance and governance teams on the implementation of sustainability frameworks and reporting.
Known for building trusted, long-term client relationships, Ross takes a commercially focused, solutions-driven approach to every engagement, supporting clients to achieve their strategic and operational goals.
