Ross’s pragmatic and client centric approach is critical in his focus on being a good auditor and finding solutions to difficult situations. “We develop our experiences through working closely with clients to understand the situation whilst being objective in our delivery to support our final views”.
Ross brings to the team nearly 20 years of audit and financial reporting experience predominantly gained from the Big 4 that spans across several sectors including technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and private equity. With an ability to work across complex environments, Ross’s expertise has been sought by multi-national groups across the ASX and FTSE, and has extended to working closely with a number of entrepreneurial fast-growth entities in the listed and privately held space.
Ross’s international experience extends to working under various reporting GAAPs including IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP and assessing and providing input to operational control and governance frameworks.
Known for his breadth of knowledge his client’s value the additional experience he brings to their boardrooms, this includes expertise in transaction related activity for acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and IPOs.
