Nicola has practised as a specialist tax practitioner in three different jurisdictions. Her knowledge of international and corporate tax is extensive and allows her to comprehend and resolve complex issues affecting subsidiaries of large multinational corporations quickly and practically.

In the course of her career at William Buck, Nicola has been instrumental in helping the firm’s significant global entity clients navigate the introduction of CbC reporting and other new measures targeting “significant global entities” in Australia.

Nicola has overseen the lodgement of over 150 local files and master files, successfully managed a Multinational Anti-Avoidance Tax Review by the Australian Taxation Office and assisted with implementation of transfer pricing policies for a range of large Australian subsidiaries.
