Legal structure
William Buck is an association of six accounting and advisory firms which perform professional services under the name William Buck across Australia and New Zealand, with affiliated offices worldwide. Each member firm is licensed to be a member of the William Buck Group through William Buck Limited, an Australian Public Company limited by guarantee.
The rights and obligations of the William Buck Member Firms are set out in the Constitution and Regulations of William Buck Limited. The William Buck Group is governed by the Board of William Buck Limited.
