William Buck is delighted to welcome Greg Travers and Conley Manifis to the firm’s Board of Directors, effective 1 July 2023.
The William Buck Board consists of each member firm’s managing directors. As such, Greg and Conley have assumed the roles of Managing Director, NSW and Managing Director WA and replace Nick Hatzistergos and Mark Collins respectively – both of whom will continue as Executive Chair of their local firms.
Greg has been with William Buck for 24 years, most recently in the role of Head of Tax. Recognised as one of Australia’s leading tax advisors, Greg was quickly identified as a strong and trusted leader at William Buck.
Nick Hatzistergos, Chair of William Buck NSW said: “I’m very confident in Greg as both the future leader of William Buck NSW and as a leader in the William Buck Group.”

Conley’s career spans over 28 years, with 11 years in executive leadership positions at William Buck WA, including as Head of Audit and Assurance.
Mark Collins, Chair of William Buck WA said: “Conley has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results and driving positive change.
“I am confident that Conley will continue to drive the momentum built by previous leadership and leverage his strengths to provide direction that will ensure William Buck WA continues to provide outstanding client services.”
William Buck thanks Nick and Mark for their incredibly significant contributions to the William Buck group and to their firms.
Nick has been a member of the William Buck Board for 24 years and Chair for 13. Mark has headed the WA firm for 37 years and has been a William Buck board member for 28 years, including as Deputy Chair. Nick and Mark were founding members of the William Buck group and played momentous roles in building the group from the ground up.
