This includes transaction project management, transaction due diligence, business valuation, financial modelling and value creation advisory for privately held and publicly listed businesses.
His experience has spanned a wide range of industry sectors, in particular healthcare, technology, industrial, manufacturing, consumer and retail.
Prior to joining William Buck’s growing Corporate Finance team, Matt gained valuable experience working in specialist M&A and corporate finance roles, as well as within corporate tax divisions with the Big 4.
A Chartered Accountant, Matt also holds a Master of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
