Nicholas knows first-hand the importance of maintaining strong client and advisory relationships, having started with the firm as a graduate, and previously working in a family business. His relationship focused approach ensures his client’s strategic and long-term goals are always considered.

Driven by his passion for learning, Nicholas’ strength lies in his ability to use a combination of law and accounting expertise to provide tailored solutions to complex problems for his clients.

“I measure success by whether we have assisted my client in achieving their desired goals.” Nicholas is motivated by seeing the tangible impact he has on his client’s growth.

Competing in athletics at a national level, Nicholas has learnt the importance of determination and perseverance, which has impacted the way he approaches work. “You need to make sacrifices and apply yourself to the fullest extent in order to get the most out of yourself and the best result for your clients.”

Outside of work, Nicholas has a passionate interest for Formula 1 and the North Melbourne Football Club. He has also recently acted in community roles as treasurer of local football and athletics clubs in his hometown of Geelong. Nicholas enjoys spending time with friends and family, is known for his outgoing nature, and his ability to play the odd practical joke.
