One of Tom’s strongest attributes is his ability to put himself in his clients’ shoes and assess situations from their point of view. ‘Learning to see things from others’ perspective helps you assess things more clearly’, he explains.

A well-rounded and enthusiastic professional, Tom has a results-driven attitude that is underpinned by a genuine care and empathy for his clients. Becoming a Director at age 29 is testament to Tom’s determination, technical expertise and his constant pursuit of excellence.

Tom has had experience in the Audit and Superannuation divisions, but moved into the Business Advisory division in 2008 and as a Director, now specialises in all aspects of business management, from tax advice to strategic business planning.

His role as the Director responsible for the recruitment and development of staff is one that Tom takes very seriously, devoting a huge amount of time to ensuring the right people come into the practice and that they are nurtured throughout their careers.

He is recognised and sought out for his knowledge and experience in the health care sector, providing tax, business and superannuation advice and planning to medical professionals.

Tom believes that as a service business, service quality is of the utmost importance and garners the most satisfaction from achieving successful outcomes for his clients.
