William Buck Queensland have announced the acquisition of a boutique firm, as they continue to strengthen their local presence as leading advisors to the middle market.

Junaide Latif, Managing Director at William Buck says Della Nicholson Accounting will join their Business Advisory service line in the Brisbane office.

“I am delighted to welcome Principal Della Nicholson and four staff, who bring with them a wide range of expertise in retail, e-commerce, IT, franchising, real estate and small business start-ups,” says Junaide.

“Della’s experience in both traditional and cutting-edge solutions will boost out business advisory service offerings, particular in cloud accounting.”

“This expansion is in line with our strategic plan to expand our footprint in Queensland and further strengthens our firm’s prominent position as a leading advisor to the mid-tier market in Australia.”

Della says the decision to join William Buck comes from the alignment of her customer-centric philosophy to deliver the best results for her clients.

“Care for clients underpins my approach when providing personalised advice and it’s this cultural fit that also aligns with William Buck’s Changing Lives Philosophy,” says Della.

“My goal is to help business owners achieve real success in their chosen field by educating them, so they are equipped to add value to their businesses.”

Junaide says Della has worked across a range of industries, lectured at university and owned several retail focused businesses.

“It is this range of skills which will complement our current offerings to exceed our clients expectations,” says Junaide.
