“The budget presents a genuine opportunity to align tax policy with housing outcomes, but that alignment must reward investment in new supply, not simply reduce incentives across the board. Australia can’t build its way out of a housing crisis with the same red tape, skills gaps and tax settings that created it. This May, the budget must also back builders, not just buyers. The 2026-27 budget is a once-in-term opportunity for structural reform, and we’re watching closely.”

Partner, Business Advisory
Sharing defining moments with clients is a key driver for Damian. From celebrating with clients when they purchase their first home to assisting a client who finds themself in financial hardship, experience has taught Damian to navigate through any problems no matter how difficult they appear. ‘It’s at that point when a client faces difficulty they panic and you must do everything in your power to help them get back on their feet’, Damian says.
His strengths are in providing business services, accounting and tax advice to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). He has extensive experience with importing/exporting and manufacturing, as well as building and construction. He also holds board positions with a number of clients.
Damian has learnt many valuable lessons over the years, which have helped him – and his clients – immeasurably. ‘Always plan and do your homework; a leap of faith in business is sometimes essential for success; and last but not least, get a good accountant and listen to them’.
