Diana has over 15 years of business advisory experience and leads one of our business advisory teams at William Buck. She provides business and tax advisory services to a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, SMEs and larger commercial entities.
Diana’s expertise also extends to business valuations as well as forensic accounting and litigation support services where transaction analysis, and/or loss assessment is required. She regularly works alongside external legal counsel and private business owners/shareholders.
Diana is experienced in providing written expert evidence for the High Court and Family Court in relation to shareholder/business partner disputes and relationship property disputes. She also provides forensic investigation services and assessments of losses outside of formal dispute settings.
Diana has been involved in the reconstruction of financial records when the integrity of reported transactions is questioned, for example, in relation to employment disputes.
Born in Beijing, Diana is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She moved to New Zealand in 2000 and joined William Buck in 2017 with a promotion in January 2023 to a Director role.
Delivering practical, commercially focused outcomes has helped Diana build strong, long-term relationships with her clients. Seeing her clients succeed and their businesses grow is what drives Diana to provide high quality advice and solutions.
